Where can I do laundry?
For weekly pickup and delivery of your laundry or dry cleaning, please set up an account with Pratt Abbott. They provide pickup service two times per week from the building lobby.
How do I keep my Urban Home fresh and clean?
You’ll be provided some basic cleaning supplies inside your Urban Home upon arrival and enjoy a weekly refresh of your space & linens by one of our professional cleaners.
What happens if there is a maintenance issue?
Reach out to one of our concierges and we’ll be happy to dispatch a member of the maintenance team for anything that happens during your stay.
