Will I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, payment for the first 30 nights of your stay is required to confirm your reservation. This payment will not be refunded. Any remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
What if I need to leave early or my work assignment changes?
We understand plans change. A written notice to vacate 30 nights before your new departure date is needed for most long-term stays. Please get in touch with our hospitality team for your options.

Only Urban Home spaces with 3 or more bedrooms have washer and dryers available. There are no public laundry facilities on-property.
