This Special Offer (the “Offer”) is provided by The Docent’s Collection (the “Hotel”) and is available exclusively to guests booking directly with the property.

To be eligible for this Offer, guests must: (a) Enter the Promo Code at the time of booking, (b) Complete the booking directly through The Docent’s Collection official website, reservation system, or call center, and/or (c) Fulfill any additional requirements or restrictions specified in these Terms and Conditions.

All Offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers. Any Promo Codes must be applied at the time of booking, and no adjustments will be made to bookings after confirmation. The Offer may be limited to specific room types, dates, or other restrictions as determined by the Hotel. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

Special cancellation and modification policies will apply as outlined in the cancellation policy and payment terms. If a reservation is canceled or modified, the Offer may no longer apply. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged, and the Offer will be forfeited.
