Terms and Conditions for Special Offers of The Docent’s Collection
This Special Offer (the “Offer”) is provided by The Docent’s Collection (the “Hotel”).
To be eligible for this Offer, guests must: (a) Complete the booking directly through The Docent’s Collection official website, reservation system, or call center, and (b) Fulfill any additional requirements or restrictions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
Offer Details: To celebrate the opening of our new lofts, The Docent’s Collection is offering 50% off stays at the Boyd Block for a limited time. Guests eager to be among the first to experience the new lofts must book by June 30, 2025, to take advantage of this advance purchase rate for stays on select days in August, September, and October.
Full pre-payment of the stay is required. All pre-payments are non-refundable, and reservations may not be modified or cancelled.
The Offer is subject to availability and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers. The Promo Code must be applied at the time of booking and no adjustments will be made to bookings made without the Promo Code. The Offer may be limited to specific room types, dates, or other restrictions as determined by the Hotel. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Special cancellation and modification policies will apply as outlined in the cancellation policy and payment terms. If a reservation is canceled or modified, the Offer may no longer apply. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged, and the Offer will be forfeited.
